合同会社andIT（以下「当社」）は、iOSアプリ「からだバッテリー」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 取得するデータ
本アプリは、からだの充電残量（コンディションの目安）を計算するために、ユーザーの許可を得たうえで、Apple ヘルスケア（HealthKit）から以下のデータを読み取りのみ行います。
- 睡眠データ（睡眠時間・睡眠段階）
- 心拍データ（心拍数・心拍変動）
- 活動量データ（歩数・ワークアウト等）
本アプリがヘルスケアデータへ書き込みを行うことはありません。
2. データの利用目的
取得したデータは、端末内でスコア（からだの充電残量）とその内訳・履歴を計算・表示するためだけに利用します。
3. データの保存と送信
- すべての計算は端末内で完結します。 取得したヘルスケアデータおよび計算結果が、当社のサーバーを含む外部に送信されることは一切ありません。
- 計算結果の履歴は端末内にのみ保存され、アプリを削除すると消去されます。
- 本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、個人を識別する情報を収集しません。
4. 第三者提供・広告・トラッキング
- 取得したデータを第三者に提供、販売、共有することは一切ありません。
- 本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告目的でのデータ利用も行いません。
- 解析ツール等によるトラッキングは行いません。
- ヘルスケア（HealthKit）から取得したデータを、マーケティングや広告の目的で利用することはありません。
5. ユーザーによる管理
ヘルスケアデータへのアクセス許可は、iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「ヘルスケア」からいつでも変更できます。アクセスを取り消しても、本アプリの計算機能以外に影響はありません。

Data we access
With your permission, Karada Battery reads the following data from Apple Health (HealthKit) solely to estimate your body’s energy level: sleep (duration and stages), heart rate (including heart rate variability), and activity data (steps, workouts). The app never writes to HealthKit.
How data is used and stored
All processing happens entirely on your device. Your health data and computed scores are never transmitted off the device — we operate no servers that receive your data. Score history is stored locally on your device only and is deleted when you delete the app. The app requires no account and collects no personally identifiable information.
No sharing, no ads, no tracking
We never sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties. The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking. Data obtained from HealthKit is never used for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your control
You can change HealthKit permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
